There’s no life or death situation, the worst thing possible for you is to not receive an offer and I’m sure you can handle it.

There’s something important to note though.

If at some point we decide to not go further with you in the process or to not make an offer to you:

• it does not mean anything about you as a human being
• it does not mean you’re a bad engineer
• it does not mean we think you’re a bad engineer

It means that you’re not a fit, right now, within our current context.

We do not bite! So don’t hesitate to come with a bit of fun.

Also, a hiring process is a good place to learn about practices or technologies you’re not familiar with. Ask us many questions about what we do, what we use and why, we’ll be happy to answer.

At least if you don’t work with us at the end, you may have some interesting concepts to wrap your head around.
