At In The Memory, our hiring process is designed to be thorough and engaging, ensuring we find the right fit for our team and the candidates find their ideal role with us. The process is structured in four distinct steps, each serving a specific purpose in evaluating the candidate's fit with our team, technical prowess, and alignment with our company's vision and culture.

1. First Interview with Maëlys, our HR

The first step is a Fit Interview (visio / call) with Maëlys.

This interview is dedicated to understanding the candidate's background, their professional journey, and what they are seeking in their next role. It's a chance for the candidate to share their story and aspirations.

2. Second Interview with your future manager - (Jérôme our CTO or Johann our Head of Engineering)

If you come from a hiring firm, you will likely start from this step.

Your N+1 will share insights about In The Memory, including our legacy, current challenges, and our vision for the future. This part aims to give the candidate a comprehensive understanding of where we are and where we're headed.

He may also ask a few more questions about your background and start an informal discussion that revolves around technical topics, offering a glimpse into your technical knowledge and thought process.

3. System Design Interview
